The wireless security camera only works for 2.4Ghz network, not support 5Ghz network.
When pairing router, please ensure your mobile is on 2.4Ghz wifi signal and not 5Ghz. When pairing camera to router please conduct the pairing at a close distance to the router. Please also switch on your mobile sound as Smart Wifi Pairing uses also soundwave.
